TOMBSTONE HOUSE

1800 SF single-family residence in Tombstone, Arizona

Client was a financial institution that inherited this partially complete, do-it-yourself structure through foreclosure.  The City of Tombstone had also condemned the property. 

Accounting practice dictated that renovation at almost any cost was preferable to demolition.  Design services included demolition of unsafe cantilevered balconies and extensive reinforcement of the remaining structure in addition to interior and exterior improvements.
