THE MALVERN SCHOOL

8000 SF prototype children’s day care centers in eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey for Client based in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Architect assumed responsibility for maintenance and documentation of Client’s prototype facility.  Ongoing refinements include changes to footprint, interior layout, building code and accessibility updates and new materials and finishes.

Architect has issued documents for eight new schools and renovations of three existing facilities.
