Five historic residential properties in Benson, Arizona
Client had purchased historic, but ignored and dilapidated, structures and desired to rehabilitate them into income-producing properties. Renovations were subject to review by State and local historical commissions.
Architect prepared an “Architectural Condition Assessment” that consisted of narrative, drawings and photographs and was used to define the scope of work necessary to rehabilitate the structures and obtain grant money to do so.
